As an aphrodisiac, burn 2-3 drops every 5 hours.
Dilute 2-5 drops max every 5 ml of carrier oil for a relaxing, calm and aphrodisiac massage.
In case of upset stomach and indigestion 2-3 drops max to 1 teaspoon of a carrier (5 ml) and massage clockwise; alternatively 4-5 drops in warm water applied with a compress
